David is the Senior Advisor & WASH Team Leader at SNV Netherlands Development Organisation. He has over 17 years of experience in the financial, energy & water sectors. David is experienced in structuring innovative financing mechanisms in water. He has managed programs that promoted Public Private Partnerships and service delivery models in water for large and small-scale utilities. Previously, he worked at the World Bank for WSP-Africa supporting results-based financing WASH programs for water and sanitation infrastructure using commercial finance. He has experience in development finance, investment banking and holds an MBA in Finance.
