    Summary Experience (Years in Industry: 17+)
    Grace is an Investment Officer at Kenya Innovative Finance Facility for Water (KIFFWA) – an investment
    fund focused on de-risking financially and technically viable water-climate resilient infrastructure projects with a
    view to mobilizing private sector financing into the water and climate sectors in Kenya.
    She is a seasoned finance and investments professional with 17+ years of progressive experience in corporate
    finance, project infrastructure finance, private equity, impact investments, and project management. She has 5
    years of practical experience identifying, analyzing, appraising, and developing viable water-climate resilient
    investment opportunities from an early stage and mobilizing private sector financing into the water sector in
    Kenya.
    Previously, Grace worked at Genghis Capital as Head of Transaction Services and at Standard Investment Bank
    as Manager, Transaction Services where she gained a wealth of experience in transaction advisory, structuring
    and capital raising for growing small and medium enterprises.

     Co-development of an USD$ 8.2mn countrywide Advanced Metering Infrastructure Project on behalf of the
    Water Resources Authority (WRA) (KIFFWA)
     Co-development of an usd$ 2.8mn water treatment and distribution project expected to supply an estimated
    80,00 people with clean and safe water in Makueni and Machakos counties, Kenya (KIFFWA)
     $35Mn debt and equity capital raise in phases for a 20-year-old Education Institution (Genghis Capital).
     $4Mn Private Debt Placement for Welding Alloys, (2015) (Genghis Capital). Successful financial close with
    Africinvest, an investment and financial services company based in Tunisia.
     USD$ 10mn (Kshs 1Bn) Private Bond Offer by Jamii Bora Bank, (2013) (Standard Investment Bank).
    Successful placement to selected local institutional and High Networth Investors, which led to a 2%
    oversubscription.
     USD$ 2.2 mn(Kshs 300Mn Private Equity Placement by Asterisks Holdings (an SPV that acquired a 24%
    equity stake into Jamii Bora Bank), (2012) (Standard Investment Bank). Successful placement to selected
    High Networth Investors, which led to an oversubscription.
