Shadrack Omwenga

At Sanivation, Shadrack leads the project development team. He oversees both early- to -late-stage projects, ensuring that they reach financial close. Shadrack has over 10 years of experience in renewable energy, developing solar, wind, and biomass projects. Prior to joining Sanivation, Shadrack worked with Gaia Energy Platform Africa, an independent power producer backed by the International Finance Corporation with large renewable projects across Africa. Shadrack is skilled in project development, funding, and execution. He holds a B.A. & an M.A. in Environmental Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi.
